Subject Guides are developed by librarians to aid students in finding information on various culinary and hospitality related subjects. Most guides point out the correct Library of Congress Subject Headings to use when searching the online catalog. Also included are lists of reference and circulating books in the library, as well as links to internet resources of interest. If videos are available on the subject, the guide will list the titles and call numbers.
