Welcome

The CCSF Academic Senate comprises all classroom faculty, counseling faculty, faculty librarians, and health service profession faculty employed by the San Francisco Community College District.

We help inform the policy decisions at our College in consultation with these other members of the CCSF community:

What's Hot

City College needs you!

October 6, 2008

The Academic Senate is you, the entire City College faculty parttimers and fulltimers alike and we are part of the larger Shared Governance system, which allows us all to have a voice on in what happens at the college. You have the right to be heard in every Shared Governance committee and council meeting. However, you can't be heard unless you participate. Your fellow faculty and the college community as a whole are counting on you to help keep City College the great place it is to study, learn, and work. So pick an issue or issues you care about and start attending meetings on that topic.

And, while you can always go and be heard, you can't vote unless you are appointed. If you're a member of the faculty and you want to volunteer, complete this form and send it to Academic Senate, Conlan 202.
