What will this program do for me?
Graduates who have satisfactorily completed the Curriculum in Construction Management, a two-year course of study, are qualified for employment in the building and construction industry in a wide variety of positions ranging from those of field assistant and expediter to those of materials clerk and assistant estimator. With experience and further training, graduates may become licensed building contractors, detailers, estimators, foremen, construction superintendents, building inspectors, appraisers, and cost analysts.

What kind of job can I get once I complete the program?
Once completed, you will be prepared for positions such as assistant engineer on a construction site or junior cost estimator.

How much can I earn in this career?
Starting salaries are in the annual range of $20,000 to $30,000. The higher salaries generally require a four-year degree. Please refer to Occupational Outlook Handbook for current information on salary and job prospects.

How long will the program take?
Approximately two years full-time. Please refer to Program Curriculum for specific requirement information.
